Centered Youth Clinic and Consulting (CYCC) offers comprehensive, non-judgmental, direct primary care services to promote wellness and healing, including specialized adolescent-centered care!

Well-Visits

Routine physicals and age-appropriate vaccine updates to meet developmental milestones from birth to young-adulthood

Sick-Visits

Acute concerns such as sore throats, infections, injuries, or other symptoms. Call 911 for emergencies!

Lifestyle Medicine Health Coaching

Youth-friendly health promotion communications (via text or social media) to meet health goals

Acne

Skin hygiene education, nutrition, topical, and oral treatments except Accutane

Menstrual (Period) Concerns

Painful, irregular, heavy or delayed menses

Sexual & Reproductive Health

Puberty development, family planning including contraception/birth control, sexually transmitted infections (STI), HIV prevention

Mood Management

Mindfulness, brief cognitive behavioral therapy, and medications to treat mild anxiety and depression. Referrals to behavioral specialists available for more complex needs

Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder

Executive functioning coaching and medications (as needed) to improve self-assessment, focus, time management, and organization

Centered Youth Groups

In-person or virtual connections among a small group of eligible patients with similar health goals

Sports Physicals

Pre-participation exam for sports, camp, or employment/new job

Newborn Circumcisions

Gentle, safe newborn circumcisions delivered with expert care, cultural sensitivity, and support for families
